سیستم CORAIL Revision Hip، برپایهی پیشینهی کلینیکیِ سیستمهایی مانند CORAIL® Hip و KAR™ Hip میباشد. این سیستم یک پایهی رویژنِ مخروطی شکلِ گُوِه مانند (Taper Wedge) میباشد که در مقایسه با سیستمهای رویژن مدولار، کمتر به استخوان آسیب وارد میکند.
این سیستم ارائه دهندهی تکنیک جراحی آسان در کنار ابزارهایی کارآمد میباشد که امروزه گزینهای موثر برای بیمارانی است که تحت عمل پرایمری و رویژن قرار میگیرند.
